STARTING DATE First input a Start Date to track your habits in the cell below the "Challenge start date". Note: If you want the week to start a Sunday, select a date that is a Sunday. Same for other days of the week. HABIT NAMES - input the Name of your habit or the group of habits you want to track in the row 3. (Direct input in Merged cells). RESETTING THE TRACKER FOR A NEW YEAR - Select all cells of the GRID where you tick habits as done. Right click and Select "Clear Contents". "TICKING" YOUR HABITS - Directly in the Grid, input a number for the day and habit - any number including zero (0). - If you input a character or blank, it will not be counted. - It does not matter if you input 0, 1 or 9, it will only count as an occurrence. - Tick from left to right to ensure the counting is corred.
