The Excel is not difficult to use, but I provide some basic instructions on how to use the Spreadsheet.
 To Populate issue list:
1. Replace the first issue which is there just as a sample (You can keep it as "Closed" if you prefer
2. To input another issue, just start typing in the row below Issue 1. (Row 7). The system will automaticall expand the table hosting the Issue List.
Note: The system is using today's date to highlight an issue that was due before today and is still outstanding
