
This Excel Task list or Checklist is a spreadsheet Template that can be used as a Project Management Dashboard or Task Dashboard that automatically Assigns a Status and calculates Variance on Estimates. You can check Progress with Resource and Tasks Graphs.
The spreadsheet is easy to use and can save you a lot of time and effort.

The Excel is not difficult to use, but I provide some basic instructions on how to use the Spreadsheet.
1. If you have pre-defined resources enter them under the "Resources" tab. Or else put a generic name like "Resource 1"
2. Enter Tasks in the Dashboard tab.
all column can be filled with the exception of the 2 last columns ("Status" and "Late"" which are automated).
3. As part of the Instructions I will show you how to Change the Color Scheme.
